If you're taking a walk around the port, you may have noticed some red metal structures where there are almost certainly people skating. Well, these emblematic buildings of Valencian modernism were built in 1914 to give a little boost to commercial exports, especially oranges. Fruit and many other things were stored in them before being shipped to other countries. They also served as a spectacular gateway for the passengers of the ships that docked nearby.
Unfortunately, bombardments by the Italian air force destroyed them during the Civil War and of the six built, only three were restored and are preserved today: 2, 4 and 5.
Atypical takes us on a walk through these modernist jewels where we can enjoy a lot of cultural and sports activities as well as the sea breeze in the shade .
Size of the postcard: 10 x 15 cm. Material: 350 gr paper. Pre-printed back ready to write, stamp and send.
