Store pickup
You can make your purchase online and come and pick it up at our store in Valencia. Gnomo is on Calle Cuba 32, in the Ruzafa neighborhood, in Valencia. We are open from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00, from Monday to Saturday.
This way you won't pay for shipping, whatever you buy, and we will also see each other live, which is always cool.
You will be able to choose the store pickup option after adding the products to the shopping cart. We will notify you as soon as it is ready for you to go for it. Usually in just a little while :)
You will have hydroalcoholic gel at your disposal to wash your hands when entering and leaving. The use of a mask is mandatory and we will maintain a safety distance of more than one meter.
If in addition to what you bought online you need more things, you can buy them too. We are at your disposal and we will serve you everything you need.
Deliveries in Valencia
We deliver in the city of Valencia with Flecha, a fast, sustainable, local and reliable bi-messaging company.
You will normally receive your package in one or two days, always counting business days. We will notify you before we deliver it to you.
Please note that there may be unforeseen delays. If you need it urgently, write to us and we will solve it. We can deliver it to you even on the same day.
Shipping is FREE for purchases over € 30. For purchases under € 30, shipping costs € 2.90.
Shipments within mainland Spain
We ship our products throughout Spain. Shipping is FREE for purchases over € 30. For purchases under € 30, shipping costs € 4.90.
You will normally receive your package within 24 to 72 hours, always counting business days. Keep in mind that, given the situation of alarm status, shipments may suffer some delay. If you need it for a specific date, write to us and we will solve it.
We work with the transport company GLS, which has subsidiaries throughout the Spanish territory and has shown us to be very competent. The courier will take the package to the address you indicated when placing your order. If it doesn't find you, it will happen the next day. If they cannot find you again, they will leave you a passing note so that you can contact them and arrange a new delivery.

We send the packages to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla by certified mail.
Correos is committed to delivering certified shipments within 40 days. It usually doesn't take that long. It usually arrives in a week or two.
The price depends on the weight of the products. Most shipments have a cost of € 5.90, although the heaviest can reach € 29.90. The exact price of the shipment will appear in the shopping cart after indicating your address and before making the payment.
We do not offer shipments outside the peninsula of very heavy or bulky merchandise, such as furniture, because it is very expensive. If you are still interested in acquiring a piece of these characteristics, you can contact us and we will find the best way to send it to you.

We send packages to European countries through the transport company GLS. They usually take between 3-6 days to arrive. Please note that due to the current situation, shipments may be delayed (no matter when you read this).
Shipments to any country belonging to the European Union cost € 20.

We send packages outside of Spain by registered mail.
The price depends on the weight of the products. The lightest items cost € 10.95, but the heaviest items can go up to € 80.
To find out exactly how much the products you are interested in will cost, add the items to the shopping cart. Then, indicate your address and your country. Before making the payment, it will tell you what the shipping will cost. All our prices are always indicated in euros.
The delivery time for international shipments is very irregular. In our experience, it can take 15-45 days for packages to arrive. In any case, when we send the package from Spain, you will receive a tracking code with which you can be aware of the status of your shipment at all times.
