Exchanges and returns


If you have purchased a product in the Gnomo virtual store and you regret about it later, you can change it as long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. In this case, the item must be in perfect condition, it must not have been opened or used and must retain its original packaging or seal.

The item may be exchanged for another of equal or higher value by paying the difference in amount. You can send us the product you want to exchange or we can pick it up at the same address we sent it to. In any case, you will have to bear the shipping costs. We will send you the new item once we verify that the first one is in perfect condition.

You can also change the product by going to our space on Calle Cuba 32 in Valencia under the same conditions.

Returns: defective products

We will only accept item returns if the product is defective or damaged. In that case, Gnomo will bear the cost of the change or repair, as long as you notify us of the incident within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. We will collect the defective product at the same address where we sent it to you and, once the possible defect and its causes have been verified, we will proceed to repair or replace it. Afterwards, Gnomo will resend the item to you in perfect condition as soon as possible and at no additional cost to you. Items purchased at that have the manufacturer's warranty are excluded. In that case you must follow the procedure and conditions indicated by the manufacturer. If a different product than the one you bought arrives by mistake, we will pick it up and deliver the correct one without you having to worry about anything.
